CTOnews.com February 6 news, Chuan Yin's flagship Infinix notebook Zero Book series has landed in India and other markets. The Infinix Zero Book series is equipped with Intel 12th-generation Core i9 processors, a unique OVERBOOST switch design for performance, and features such as AI Beauty algorithm camera, Infinix PC interconnection and Android on Windows. The Infinix Zero Book series includes both Zero Book Ultra and Zero Book models with both hard-core performance and interstellar aesthetics.

Infinix's flagship laptop, Zero Book Ultra, runs on Intel's 12th-generation Core i9 processor, with 14 cores and 20 threads, providing power and performance for professionals and creators. The processor uses a performance hybrid architecture, which integrates two core microarchitectures-- Performance-core (performance core) to handle high-load tasks, and Efficient-core (energy-efficiency core) to manage the remaining low-load tasks in a single bare chip, so as to improve core efficiency, achieve intelligent workload optimization, and enhance users' multitasking experience.

Zero Book series of fuselage side designed a unique OVERBOOST switch, through the switch to achieve ECO, BAL, OVERBOOST three performance conversion, in order to meet the needs of different tasks. When OVERBOOST mode is turned on, the red Rear-light of the Zero Book series fuselage immediately lights up, and the maximum CPU power is increased to 54W, providing stronger performance.

The Zero Book series of FHD cameras integrate the Mi-Pi protocol with new AI BeautyCam enhancements that allow users to show a more realistic tone and excellent state during video calls, online meetings or live broadcasts. Background blurring and face tracking features further protect user privacy and keep the user's face in the center of the screen at all times. The Zero Book series is also equipped with a dual microphone array, which uses AI noise reduction technology to clearly capture sound while blocking background noise and enhance the meeting experience.

The Zero Book series is equipped with features such as PC interconnection and Android on Windows, providing flexibility for seamless connectivity between laptops and Infinix smartphones.

Infinix PC Interconnection 2.0 breaks down the barrier between the Windows and Android series and implements a dual-system on-screen upgrade on the Zero Book series, allowing a seamless connection between laptops and smartphones. Users can put the mobile phone screen on the laptop and use the large screen of the notebook to complete the mobile phone operation. Users can open up to 2 mobile application windows on the Zero Book series, and file sharing between devices can be carried out simply by dragging and dropping. The transfer speed can reach 200Mbps, and the processing experience is faster and more efficient.

Android on Windows

The Zero Book series also carries the Android on Windows function developed by Infinix, which enables Android applications to run across platforms on Windows systems through access to Infinix Plam Store mobile applications and with the help of third-party simulators. Through Infinix Android App Store, users can download a large number of mobile applications to the Zero Book series, run a large number of Android applications, and bring a new control experience with the help of the large screen, mouse and keyboard of laptops. CTOnews.com learned that the Infinix Zero Book series features a 15.6in LED backlit display and uses IPS technology. Offers full HD resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB gamut, up to 400 nits of brightness, and a 178-degree viewing angle. At the top of the display is a full HD webcam with AI BeautyCam, facial tracking and background blurring.

The audio Infinix Zero Book series comes with the 12th generation Core i5 (i5-12500H) / i7 (i7-12700H) / i9 (i9-12900H) processors and Iris Xe graphics cards. The Zero Book model offers 16GB LPDDR5 memory and 512GB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage, while Zero Book Ultra provides up to 32 GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1 TB of NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.

The Infinix Zero Book series is pre-installed with Windows 11 Home Edition. It is equipped with a 70Wh battery that supports 96W fast charging. For connectivity, the device offers 1 USB-C (data, charging and DisplayPort support), 1 USB-C (data only), 2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 HDMI 1.4 port, 1 microSD card slot and 1 x 3.5mm headset / microphone Jack.

The laptop comes with a full-size backlit chocolate keyboard and an AG glass touchpad. The power button available on the device doubles as a fingerprint scanner. In addition, it provides two AI noise reduction microphones and four speakers with DTS audio processing. The equipment measures 323.3 x 211.1 x 16.95mm and weighs 1.80kg.
