CTOnews.com February 6, last week, it was reported that Samsung Lu Taiwen has conducted a thorough review of Exynos 2400 and has confirmed mass production plans, starting around November 2023, and Samsung is expected to notify the partner company from April to June, when more data should be leaked.

According to digital blogger @ I BingUniverse, Exynos 2400 CPU has confirmed that it will adopt a four-cluster 10-core design, including 1x Cortex-X4 + 2x Cortex-A720 (high frequency) + 3x Cortex-A720 (low frequency) + 4x Cortex-A520.

There was also news that it was 30 per cent larger than Exynos 2200, about 130mm2, and almost as big as Apple's M1. It is said that early samples of the chip will have to reduce the frequency of the Cortex-X4 core, but this may change during mass production.

There is little information about which manufacturing process Exynos 2400 will use, but there are rumors that it is Samsung's 4LPP + process. I have reservations as to whether I will use the latest 3nmMagi CTOnews.com.

According to South Korean insider Vampire King, the Exynos 2400 AI performance is expected to be 44 TOPS, close to the 45 TOPS of Windows on Arm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 4.
