CTOnews.com, February 6 (Xinhua)-- A set of road test photos of the new EC6 have been released online after news that the EC6 will complete a product upgrade this year. The new model will be based on the Weilai NT2.0 platform and will be equipped with lidar.

From the road trial, the new Ulai EC6 uses a slippery back design, which is similar to the EC7 as a whole, with through taillights at the rear and electric tail wings according to information.

The spy photo does not show the interior design of the car, but it is speculated that the new EC6 will be equipped with the same configuration as the Weilai EC7, with a 10.2-inch full LCD meter and a 12.8-inch central control screen, as well as a Banyan system.

As for power, the new EC6 is expected to be equipped with the same powertrain as the ES6, a dual-motor all-wheel drive system and a battery pack of 75kWh and 100kWh capacity.

CTOnews.com learned that the EC6 currently on sale is the first sedan SUV, which was officially launched in 2019 and delivered in 2020, with a price range of 396000-496000 yuan (75 kWh batteries).
