Gome said that major shareholders are full of confidence in the future development of Gome and are filling their cash flow through measures such as interest-free, mortgage-free loans. The plan for the special shareholders' meeting has been announced that once the debt capitalization bill is passed, the shareholding ratio of major shareholders will be increased and restored to 20% and 30%.

CTOnews.com learned that Zhongguancun, an A-share listed company of Gome, issued a notice on February 3 that Gome no longer had a controlling shareholder, according to a notice issued by Gome on the Disclosure easy website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The announcement pointed out that before the change of rights and interests, Huang Guangyu indirectly held 35.15% of the shares in the company through Gome Holdings and Gome, which was the actual controller of the company. Based on the above notification letter, Gome Retail no longer has a controlling shareholder, Huang Guangyu no longer constitutes indirect control over Gome, and Huang Guangyu's indirect shareholding in the company has been reduced by 7.37%. In view of the fact that Gome and Gome Holdings are still acting in unison, this change in rights and interests will not lead to a change in control of the company, and Huang Guangyu is still the actual controller of the company.
