We will speed up the innovation, upgrading and characteristic application of the intelligent photovoltaic industry, encourage the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation by making use of roof resources in large and medium-sized cities and development zones, industrial parks, standard factories and roofs of large public buildings, promote the pilot construction of distributed photovoltaic on the roofs of entire counties (cities and districts), and build a number of high-standard "photovoltaic +" bases in combination with coal mining subsidence areas, rocky desertification and the management of abandoned land in oil wells and mines. By 2025, the grid-connected capacity of photovoltaic power generation will reach more than 2000 kilowatts.
