CTOnews.com, February 4 (Xinhua)-- Game developer Bungie announced today that after the expansion of Destiny 2: autumn of Light will be launched on March 10, its raid mode (Contest Mode) will last 48 hours instead of the previous 24 hours.

CTOnews.com learned that Contest Mode limits the player's energy level to 20 for each raid, making the enemy more resilient and dangerous. Players do not know when the raid mechanism will be triggered, so the game will be more exciting.

The goal is to give players more time to rest during the process of getting their own "Day 1" badge, as well as to give players who are still at work on Friday a chance to participate. However, the change is controversial, and some believe that extending the time will undermine the reputation of completing the raid on day 1.
