CTOnews.com February 3 news, according to CCTV news, China's first cross-sea high-speed railway-Fuxia high-speed rail today entered the static acceptance stage, creating conditions for the opening and operation of subsequent lines.

According to introduction, static acceptance is an important link in the completion acceptance of high-speed railway, and it is also the first comprehensive "physical examination" for engineering construction and system equipment. The railway department will check and confirm that the project is completed according to the design and qualified, and the system equipment is installed and debugged.

After the static acceptance of Fuzhou-Xiamen High-speed Railway is completed, it is expected to enter the joint commissioning and test stage in April. It will have the conditions for operation within this year and is expected to operate in the second half of 2023. After being completed and opened to traffic, Fuzhou and Xiamen will realize a "one-hour life circle", while Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou will form a "half-hour traffic circle" in the "Golden Triangle" of Minnan.

CTOnews.com learned that Fuzhou-Xiamen High-speed Railway started operation in September 2017, with a total length of 277.42 kilometers and a design maximum speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The line starts from Fuzhou City in the north and ends at Xiamen and Zhangzhou City in the south. The design speed is 350 kilometers per hour. There are 8 stations in Fuzhou South, Fuqing West, Putian, Quangang, Quanzhou East, Quanzhou South, Xiamen North and Zhangzhou.

As an important part of the coastal thoroughfare in China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, there are 85 bridges and 33 tunnels along the whole line of Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway, successively crossing Meizhou Bay, Quanzhou Bay and Anhai Bay. At the same time, as an important extension of Beijing-Fuzhou high-speed railway, Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway will accelerate Fujian's integration into the national high-speed railway network.
