The AMD Instinct MI300 is a multi-chip and multi-IP Instinct accelerator that will power the 2 + Exaflops El Capitan supercomputer, not only with a CDNA 3 GPU core, but also with a new generation of Zen 4 CPU core.

According to the latest specification of AMD Instinct MI300, the APU is a "monster of small chip design" that will contain several 5nm-based 3D small chip packages with a total of 146 billion transistors. In addition to the GPU of the CDNA 3 architecture, it also has a total of 24 data center-oriented Zen 4 CPU cores and 128 GB of HBM3 memory, with 8192bit bus bit width.
