And chairman of Meizu Technology Co., Ltd., recently revealed that in the first half of this year, high-end smartphones and AR glasses for the double 6G era from China Automobile Valley are expected to be released.

Since settling in Wuhan Economic Development Zone, various businesses such as the Star Meizu mobile phone project and the Meizu mobile phone headquarters project are progressing smoothly, and the first high-end smartphone, AR glasses and other smart terminal products will be released in the first half of this year.

Star Age is committed to high-end smart phones, XR technology products, wearable smart terminal product research and development and ecological construction. At present, the Xingji Meizu high-end smartphone project has entered the design verification testing stage, and the AR glasses project has entered the engineering verification testing stage. In the first half of the year, Xinji Meizu will release its first high-end smartphone and AR glasses, and then will release surrounding ecological products one after another.

Wuhan Xingji Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2022, the legal representative is Wang Yong, wholly-owned Meizu mobile phone main company Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. In July 2022, Meizu headquarters was set up in Wuhan Economic Development District.

CTOnews.com learned that in July last year, Hubei Xingji Times Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd., announcing that Xingji Times held a controlling stake of 79.09% of Meizu Technology and acquired separate control of Meizu Technology. On the same day, the industrial and commercial change took place in Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd., the major shareholder changed from Huang Xiuzhang to Wuhan Xinglian Times Technology Co., Ltd., the legal representative changed from Huang Xiupan to Shen Ziyu, and the chairman also changed from Huang Xiuzhang to Shen Ziyu. After this transaction, Li Shufu, founder of Geely, continues to serve as chairman of star era, Shen Ziyu, vice chairman of star era, serves as chairman of Meizu Technology, and Meizu Technology founder Huang Zhang holds a 9.79% stake as Meizu Technology's product strategy consultant.

Meizu will retain its independent team and launch its flagship 20 series phones in 2023, the first batch of which will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.
