This file manager feature is not enabled by default on Win11 Build 25290, but CTOnews.com users can enable it through the ViveTool tool:

1. Download the Vivetool tool from the GitHub page and extract it to any folder, but remember the folder path (for example, C:\ Program Files (x86)\ ViVeTool-v0.3.2)
