The issue of 'survival' is once again in front of us, and survival has become the core priority of our development."

Huang Xiuhong said: "whether it is the development of online business or the innovation of offline stores, we always seem to miss the key point and always make mistakes. Is it a matter of strategic planning or tactical play? all these are worthy of our constant reflection."

Huang Xiuhong pointed out that in 2023, it will be sorted out in several key directions, including: to adhere to the traditional advantages of offline stores, to continue to do a good job of offline stores, and to give new meaning to stores; the future layout of the company will be both online and offline, each accounting for 50%; live broadcast will be an important direction to promote the development of the company in the future.

In other respects, Gome's shared co-construction platform was officially launched last year. Up to now, there are more than 7000 merchants, with total sales exceeding 4 billion, accounting for nearly half of the total sales.

As of CTOnews.com 's press time, Gome's retail shares in Hong Kong had soared, rising 18.49 per cent to HK $0.173, with a total market capitalization of HK $6.882 billion (currently about 5.919 billion yuan).
