CTOnews.com February 2 news, Intel today on the "12-generation core processor price reduction" rumors that the Intel PC processor price reduction rumors are not true.

CTOnews.com learned that Intel said it currently has a family of 11th, 12th and 13th generation core products for each price segment, and Intel is working with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) to find new market opportunities and new demand to reduce inventory.

Earlier, it was reported that Intel was in talks with specific PC suppliers to reduce the price of 12-generation Alder Lake processors by up to 20%.

Financial data show that Intel's revenue in the fourth quarter of 2022 was $14 billion (currently about 94.36 billion yuan), down 32% from a year earlier, and a net loss of nearly $700 million (currently about 4.718 billion yuan). Net profit for the same period last year was $4.6 billion (currently about 31.004 billion yuan).
