According to the domestic chip manufacturer Feiteng news, the AFC system of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 Phase II, which is supported by Feiteng chip, has been officially put into use, which indicates that the domestic AFC system has crossed the site-level service restrictions and realized full-line networking support services.

The AFC system of all stations on this line uses industrial computers jointly developed by City Science and Technology and Feiteng, and is supported by Feiteng FT-2000/4. It is the largest domestic rail transit AFC system project built in China, and it is also the first rail transit project with domestic AFC system on the whole line.

CTOnews.com has learned that in recent years, many partners within the United Nations have jointly tackled key problems in the field of self-controllable innovation in the rail transit industry, and jointly promoted the localization and application of key technologies and equipment such as rail transit vehicle information system, integrated monitoring system, traffic signal system, subway environment and equipment monitoring system, self-service ticketing system and so on. At present, a number of system projects have been applied in Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Changsha, Nanjing, Qingdao and other cities.

At the end of 2019, the domestic AFC system based on Feiteng FT-2000/4 processor was successfully applied in Tianjin Metro Line 5 for the first time, which is also the milestone and "core starting point" of rail transit localization application. At present, the system has been running efficiently and stably for more than three years.

In October 2022, the AFC system based on Feiteng CPU, jointly developed by Feiteng, Jicheng Technology and Sinoft Wanwei, was officially put into use on Shenzhen Metro Line 14.
