CTOnews.com understands that TrendForce estimates that the server procurement volume of the four vendors will decrease from the original estimated year-on-year growth of 6.9% to 4.4%, which will affect the annual growth rate of global server shipments in 2023 to 1.87%, further aggravating the imbalance between supply and demand of Server DRAM. It is estimated that the price of Server DRAM will fall by about 20%-25% in the first quarter.

Meta: The year-on-year decline in server purchases in 2023 will expand to 3.0%, and subsequent purchases may be revised downward.

Microsoft: Server procurement growth will be revised downward from 16.9% to 13.4% year-on-year in 2023, so server procurement can still maintain double-digit growth.

Google: The year-on-year growth in server purchases also converged to 5.2%.

AWS: Year-over-year growth in AWS server purchases converged to 6.2% in 2023.
