CTOnews.com, January 31, according to Tesla's 10murk filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Tesla's total revenue in 2022 was $81.462 billion (currently about 549.869 billion yuan), an increase of 51 percent from the same period last year.

Of these, the Chinese market achieved revenue of US $18.145 billion (currently about 122.479 billion yuan), accounting for 22.27%; the US market achieved US $40.553 billion, accounting for 49.78%, which is still Tesla's largest market; and other markets achieved revenue of US $22.764 billion, accounting for 27.75%.

In terms of proportion, the share of revenue in the Chinese market has declined, and the share of revenue in the Chinese market is about 26% in 2021 and 21% in 2020.

In terms of growth, the Chinese market also lags behind the overall market, with revenue up 31.07% from $13.844 billion in 2021. Before that, however, the Chinese market had grown by more than 100% for the second year in a row. Revenue in China was $6.662 billion in 2020 and $2.979 billion in 2019.

The US market not only accounts for the highest proportion of revenue, but also has the largest year-on-year growth, with revenue in 2022 up 69.09% from US $23.973 billion in 2021, and revenue in other markets up 42.22% from 16.006 billion yuan in 2021.

CTOnews.com learned that at present, Tesla has built and opened more than 1500 super charging stations, more than 10000 super charging stations, more than 700 destination charging stations and more than 1900 destination charging piles in Chinese mainland.

According to data released by the Federation of passengers, Tesla's sales in China reached 439770 vehicles in 2022, an increase of 37.1% over 2021, ranking third among new energy manufacturers.
