CTOnews.com, January 31, the latest CINNO Research report shows that the amount of investment in China's new energy projects in 2022 is as high as 9.2 trillion yuan (including Taiwan), and the new energy industry has become a key investment area of emerging science and technology industries.

The report points out that at present, the most widely used new energy is mainly concentrated in electric power and new energy vehicles. New energy belongs to unconventional energy. In a narrow sense, new energy mainly refers to the development and application of new energy, such as solar energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, ocean energy, biomass energy and nuclear fusion energy. In a broad sense, the new energy industry may also include new energy vehicles (which can also derive batteries, charging, power exchange, hydrogen fuel, etc.), energy storage, comprehensive energy, and so on.

CTOnews.com learned that CINNO Research said that in 2022, investment funds in China's (including Taiwan) new energy industry mainly went to wind power photovoltaic, with an amount of about 3.4 trillion yuan, accounting for about 36.9 percent, and total energy storage investment of 2.7 trillion yuan, accounting for about 29.3 percent. The total investment in lithium battery energy storage is 2.2 trillion yuan, accounting for about 23.6%, while the total investment in hydrogen energy is more than 680 billion yuan, accounting for about 7.4%.
