According to the report, Samsung Galaxy S23 standard 128GB uses UFS 3.1 flash memory instead of UFS 4.0. The UFS 4.0memory chip provides the highest sequential data read speed of 4200MB/s and the highest sequential write speed of 2800MB/s.

UFS 3.1 provides the highest sequential read speed for 2100MB/s and the highest sequential write speed for 1200MB/s. In other words, UFS 4.0 stores twice as fast as UFS 3.1. Moreover, the storage speed varies with the capacity, and the sequential write speed of the 128GB chip version is 850MB/s.

For ordinary consumers, another important factor is fast charging. Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra support 45W wired fast charging, while Galaxy S23 Standard Edition may only support 25W wired charging.

It is also reported that the thickness of the frame on the front of the Galaxy S23 standard version is larger than that of the Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Another noteworthy place is Wi-Fi. It is reported that Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra support Wi-Fi 7, while Galaxy S23 Standard Edition only supports Wi-Fi 6e. However, this has little impact on the average consumer, and there are very few scenarios that support Wi-Fi 7. But this may have an impact in the future.
