When using Excel to print a form, we often encounter this situation. The form is too wide to print on one piece of paper, and two sheets of paper are too blank, which is very wasteful. 1, adjust the width of the adaptive cell width, can effectively reduce the excess white space in the cell, so as to reduce the page. Select everything as a whole column, and then double-click any separation to adjust the width of all cells in batches.

2. Adjusting the margin will occupy a large amount of space in the page, as shown in the following figure, a large amount of space up and down.

We can make use of these gaps by setting them. Set the default "General" to "narrow" in the margins, or enter the "Page setup" to customize the top, bottom, left, and right margin values.

3. Zoom the print area to "View"-"Workbook View"-"Page Preview". At this time, we can see that there is a blue dashed line in the middle, and we can customize the paging area by dragging the dotted line.

4. Set as one-page printing method. 1. The contents of the form can be directly reduced to one-page printing in Excel. Go to "Page layout"-"Resize to fit" and set the width to "1 page". Similarly, if your form is too long and you want to zoom to one page to print, you can also set the height to 1 page.

Method 2, enter "File"-"print", in "No scaling", you can choose "adjust the worksheet to one page".

5. Print the specified area, after all, a piece of paper is so big, no matter how much you shrink, it is limited. If it really doesn't work, it is recommended that you only print the more important areas.

After selecting the important area to print, go to "Page layout"-"print area"-"set print area".

6, set the paper direction table is too wide, we can also change the page direction, the "vertical page" to "horizontal page".
