Honorable officials announced today that they will launch the overseas version of Glory Magic 5 series mobile phones and Magic Vs folding screen phones on MWC 2023. The event is scheduled to be held at 20:30 on February 27, Beijing time.

According to previous revelations, the Honor Magic5 series of phones will include Honor Magic5, Magic5 Pro and Magic5 Zhicheng versions. The renderings of the previous revelations are consistent with the shots in the official posters.

The Glory Magic5 series is expected to carry Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, with 6.8in flexible eye protection screen, 100W wired fast charge, 50W wireless fast charge, structured light and IP68 waterproof and dustproof.

CTOnews.com learned that the PGT-AN00 phone in the Glory Magic 5 series has been connected to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which is designed with a popular circular camera module and contains three lenses (four in the Pro version) in an equilateral triangle, one of which is reported to be a periscope telephoto lens with a flash below. The machine will support up to 100x digital zoom.

Zhao Ming, Honor CEO, previously said that he wants to build the Magic 5 series into a leading high-end flagship in imaging, communications, security and intelligence.

The Honor Magic Vs series of folding screen phones have previously been released in China, including Honor Magic Vs and Glory Magic Vs Zhicheng version, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 processor, 6.45in 120Hz 1200nit outer screen and 7.9inch 2K 90Hz 800nit inner screen, priced from 7499 yuan.
