The company expects to realize a net loss of 3.95 billion yuan to 3.5 billion yuan attributable to the parent company owner in 2022, and 4.3 billion yuan to 3.85 billion yuan net loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss to the parent company owner in 2022.

Cyrus said that the main reason for the pre-loss in this period is that the prices of raw materials such as chips and power batteries rose sharply in 2022, resulting in higher production costs. Although the sales volume achieved continuous positive growth from the first to the third quarter of 2022, the multi-point outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic affected the flow of passengers into the store and the development of marketing activities, as well as supply, logistics, production and many other links. Product production and sales volume did not meet expectations, early investment in fixed assets is larger, depreciation and amortization expenses are higher.

The company focuses on the field of smart electric vehicles. With the increase in sales of Selis new energy vehicles, the company's operating revenue has increased by 100.38% to 109.36% compared with the same period last year, and the company's gross profit margin has increased over the same period last year. During the reporting period, the gross profit margin increased month-on-quarter.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Selis's cumulative sales of new energy vehicles in 2022 reached 135000, an increase of 225.9 percent over the same period last year.
