The Action Plan points out that we should speed up the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei national hub of the national integrated computing network. Build Zhangjiakou data center cluster, promote China Telecom Huailai Smart Cloud Base, China Unicom efficient scheduling demonstration, China Mobile Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Zhangjiakou) data center and other key projects to form a strong computing scale. Promote the coordinated development of data centers and renewable energy, and support data center enterprises to actively participate in green power market transactions.

In addition, the Action Plan says to speed up the construction of artificial intelligence infrastructure. We will promote the construction of key projects such as Xiongan Urban Computing Center, Xiongan (Hengshui) Advanced Supercomputing Center, and Langfang artificial Intelligence Computing Center. Build a multi-scene control operation simulation training platform for the applications of vehicle networking, intelligent medical care, digital creativity and other industries. Relying on backbone universities and advantageous enterprises of artificial intelligence, we will build basic technology development platforms, application support platforms and innovative entrepreneurial service platforms of artificial intelligence, and promote the integration of artificial intelligence and 5G, ultra high definition video, VR / AR (virtual reality / augmented reality), integrated circuits, vehicle networking and other key areas of application innovation.
