As the first inter-provincial intelligent brain in the country, the intelligent brain in the Yangtze River Delta Integration Development demonstration Zone focuses on cross-domain data sharing and drives regional development integration with data integration.

In 2021, the executive committee of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development demonstration Zone promoted the intelligent brain construction according to the "overall Plan of the demonstration Zone" and further empowered the construction of the demonstration area by digitalization. In October of that year, Ali Yun won the bid for the project.

Huang Haiqing, vice president of Alibaba Group and president of Aliyun Intelligent China, introduced at the launch ceremony that during the construction of the intelligent brain of the demonstration area (Phase I), Aliyun combines its own technical advantages in the fields of cloud computing, big data, block chain, digital twins, and in accordance with the executive committee's principle of "continuous old roads and new links", relying on the Yangtze River Delta data exchange platform without breaking the original three-level and eight-party system. Build intelligent brain data center, link to achieve three-level and eight-party data aggregation and sharing, and promote integrated digital innovation.

According to reports, as the digital base of the integrated system innovation of the demonstration area and the important support of the digital transformation, the intelligent brain has linked the integrated cloud network infrastructure of two provinces and one city (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) and opened 18 data links of three levels and eight parts. at present, 242 items of all kinds of data resources have been gathered, and on the basis of data aggregation, after data cleaning and fusion. Support planning management, ecological protection, project management, public credit, government services, industrial economy and other six integrated application scenarios.

The intelligent brain of the demonstration area (Phase I) built a running base based on Aliyun's self-developed Flying Cloud Computing operating system to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system and support ultra-high concurrency and super-large-scale application requests; rely on block chain technology to ensure the security of three-level and eight-party data links, build a cross-domain shared data resource platform, and make the data become the strategic resources of the intelligent brain in the demonstration area.
