CTOnews.com, January 28, PCIe Gen 5.0 SSD, owned by Japanese manufacturer CFD Gaming, has begun to appear on the market, with the 2TB selling for 49980 yen (currently about 2609 yuan).

According to reports, the 2TB models of this series of SSD have sequential reading speed 10GB / s, sequential writing speed 9.5GB / s, random reading speed 1500K IOPS, random writing speed 1250K IOPS.

In terms of design, the SSD uses the M.2 Type 2280 D2 (double-sided) design, with a 20mm small fan to assist in cooling, the main control is the group PS5026-E26, and the flash memory is the Meguiar 3D TLC B58RM 2TB model with 4GB DRAM cache.

CTOnews.com learned that the speed specification of PCIe 5.0SSD HOF EXTREME 50 released by domestic manufacturer Yingchi is basically the same as that of CFD Gaming, and is expected to be listed in China in the near future.
