According to materials previously shared by Intel, the new generation of Meteor Lake will adopt Intel 4 process and external process, and introduce "Tile" design for the first time, integrating CPU, SOC, nuclear display and IOE chips.

Intel did not confirm whether Meteor Lake is suitable for desktop platforms. Rumor has it that Intel's new generation of desktop processors will be the Refresh version of the 13th generation of Core Raptor Lake, and only mobile will upgrade to Meteor Lake.

Intel Lunar Lake is expected to be a 15W low-power mobile CPU with a redesigned architecture that focuses more on the performance per watt of mobile devices.

In terms of process, Intel announced that the Intel 7 process has been mass produced and Intel 4 production is ready. With the launch of Meteor Lake, the production capacity of Intel 4 will be increased in the second half of this year. The Intel 3 process is moving forward as planned, and the test chips of the Intel 20A and 18A processes have been rolled out.
