The nature of the project is industrial land (innovative industry), with a total land area of 265669 square meters.

Seven general software production houses, two supporting and ancillary rooms are planned to be built in the plot, with a total planned construction area of 978607.64 square feet, including a ground construction area of 582607.64 square feet, a plot volume ratio of 2.2 percent, a building density of 35 percent, a green space rate of 20.1 percent, and 8077 motor vehicle parking spaces and 7979 non-motorized parking spaces.

According to CTOnews.com data, the construction area of the first phase of Ali Xixi Park is 301000 square feet, the second phase is 149000 square meters, the third phase is 153000 square meters, and the fourth phase is 430000 kilowatts. The total construction area of phases one to four is 1.033 million square meters. Plus the 978600 square feet of this fifth phase, the total volume of the entire Alibaba Xixi Park is as high as 2.01 million square meters. Upon completion, it will become the largest global stronghold of Ali in the world.
