The term of the Comprehensive Cooperation Framework Agreement is three years, with an annual cap of 40 million yuan for the years ending December 31, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

CTOnews.com learned that bilibili said that Jinjiang original provides an interactive communication and creative platform for authors, publishers and film and television companies through popular women to the original literature website Jinjiang Literature City. The Company believes that certain quality intellectual property rights originally created by Jinjiang have great commercial potential and believes that the Comprehensive Cooperation Framework Agreement will enable the Company to access and make use of these high-quality intellectual property rights to develop and create more quality works, this will further increase the company's revenue and enhance the interests of shareholders.
