CTOnews.com January 26 news, Weilai announced today that the daily expressway electricity exchange volume exceeded 20,000 times, and the total daily power exchange exceeded 60,000 times.

Earlier this month, Weilai announced that power changes on highways are free and unlimited during the Spring Festival. From January 13 to February 5, all Weilai owners will enjoy an unlimited number of free high-speed power exchange services (except operating vehicles). All Weilai high-speed power stations will operate as usual, and the business hours of some urban power stations will be adjusted.

In addition, Weilai also set up road service supply stations in 44 cities, 51 high-speed service areas and scenic spots, as well as some urban charging stations to provide car owners with services such as charging and daily travel supplies.

CTOnews.com learned that in 2022, 538 new exchange power stations were built in the world, with a total of 1315 completed, including 346 expressway exchange stations, a high-speed power exchange network layout of "five vertical, three horizontal and eight major urban agglomerations" in China, and a total of 13384 charging piles.

In 2023, the third generation of Xilai power station and 500kW ultra-fast charging will be deployed, with a total of more than 1700 replacement power stations and more than 20000 charging piles planned in China.

In terms of delivery volume, Weilai delivered 15815 new cars in December 2022, an increase of 50.8% over the same period last year. In 2022, a total of 122486 new cars were delivered, an increase of 34% over the same period last year; by December 31, 2022, a total of 289556 new cars had been delivered.
