CTOnews.com January 25 news, lithography giant ASML (Asma) today released the fourth quarter of 2022 and full-year results.

According to the financial report, in the fourth quarter of 2022, ASML achieved net sales of 6.4 billion euros (currently about 47.168 billion yuan), gross profit of 51.5%, and net profit of 1.8 billion euros (currently about 13.266 billion yuan); quarterly net bookings were 6.3 billion euros (currently about 46.431 billion yuan), of which 3.4 billion euros (currently about 250.58 billion yuan) was EUV.

In 2022, ASML achieved net sales of 21.2 billion euros (currently about 156.244 billion yuan), gross profit of 50.5%, and net profit of 5.6 billion euros (currently about 41.272 billion yuan).

CTOnews.com has learned that ASML expects net sales in 2023 to grow by more than 25 per cent compared with 2022 and expects net sales in the first quarter of 2023 to range from 6.1 billion euros (currently about 44.957 billion yuan) to 6.5 billion euros (currently about 47.905 billion yuan), with a gross profit margin of between 49 and 50 per cent.

For comparison, in the third quarter of 2022, ASML achieved net sales of 5.8 billion euros (currently about 42.746 billion yuan), gross profit of 51.8%, and net profit of 1.7 billion euros (currently about 12.529 billion yuan).
