CTOnews.com January 23, we already know that Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will use Samsung's new ISOCELL HP2 200MP sensor as its main sensor, and now the latest news shows that almost all camera sensors have been replaced.

According to a new screenshot detailing the Galaxy S23 Ultra specification, Samsung has changed all the camera sensors except that the 3x and 10x focal units of 1000 megapixels are still Sony IMX754 sensors.

First of all, the screenshot reconfirms that the Galaxy S23 Ultra uses the ISOCELL HP2 master sensor, which is upgraded from ISOCELL HM3. In addition, the screenshot shows that the 1200-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor is Sony IMX564, not IMX563. The IMX564 sensor seems to be new and there are no detailed specifications at present.

CTOnews.com learned that in addition to the rear camera, the screenshot once again confirmed that the Galaxy S23 Ultra selfie camera is degraded in terms of total pixels. The Galaxy S22 Ultra selfie camera uses a 4000-megapixel ISOCELL GH1 sensor, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra appears to use a 1200-megapixel ISOCELL 3LU sensor. The name of the sensor hasn't been officially announced, so either the application got this detail wrong, or Samsung developed a new 1200-megapixel ISOCELL (3LU) sensor for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Current revelations related to the Galaxy S23 Ultra camera indicate that the upcoming flagship will surpass the Galaxy S22 Ultra in most areas, especially in low-light photography.
