Among them, the proportion of cross-provincial self-driving minibuses is more than 11%, which means that every day, more than 2.8 million minibuses, about 5 million to 8 million passengers, travel back to their hometown by self-driving.

The alternate ticket purchasing function of 12306 can not only help passengers improve the success rate of ticket purchase, but also help passenger transport departments to analyze passenger travel demand and provide an important basis for echelon delivery of capacity resources.

In the travel link, the railway department provides passengers with more train choices. In view of the hot direction of passenger flow, the National Railway Group can arrange up to 246 pairs of night through high-speed trains every day before the Spring Festival. In addition, key stations can also balance and flexibly put in transport capacity according to ticket pre-sale information, so as to achieve accurate matching between demand and transport capacity.

With regard to the measures to facilitate the people and benefit the people, the railway department said that it should implement the country's newly issued railway passenger transport regulations and introduce preferential fares for child passengers according to their age, so as to benefit more underage passengers. Children who have reached the age of 6 and under the age of 14 can buy concessionary tickets for children, which will benefit more child travelers. Each adult passenger can take a child under 6 years of age and does not occupy a seat alone, and the age of the child is calculated according to the date of the ride. When passengers carry free children, they need to make a declaration to the railway transport enterprise when purchasing tickets, and the valid identity documents of the free children used in the ticket purchase declaration shall be their travel vouchers; further expand the scope of application of electronic tickets, fully implement the electronic ticket replacement in the aspects of arrival ticket replacement and train replacement business, improve the 12306 message notification mechanism, and timely and accurately push train stoppage and change information to passengers who have already purchased tickets. Due to railway responsibility and force majeure, passengers can refund tickets together with no refund fee; increase the number of stations for Internet food ordering from 55 to 76, covering most EMU trains and long-distance high-speed trains in the country; arrange convenient transfer services at stations from 80 to 100, making passenger transfer more convenient and efficient.

Passengers can smoothly check the train delay, running location, connecting times, traffic connections and other travel service information by scanning the "railway smooth code" on the seat armrest. Abolish the restriction that student discount tickets are limited to winter and summer vacations, student passengers can purchase four discount tickets at any time during the first school year (October 1 to September 30 of the following year), and expand the scope and range of discounts for off-peak train fares, so that passengers can get more benefits.
