CTOnews.com January 20 news, According to AU Optoelectronics official news, AU Optoelectronics December 2022 self-settlement consolidated revenue of NT $18.0 billion, An increase of 3.0% over the previous month, Compared with the same period last year decreased 43.3%. Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2022 was NT$52.65 billion, up 5.9% from the third quarter of 2022 and down 43.4% from the fourth quarter of 2021. The accumulated consolidated turnover for the whole year of 2022 was NT $246.79 billion (currently about RMB 55.034 billion), down 33.4% from 2021.

AUO said that the total area of panel shipments in December reached 1.538 million square meters, up 2.3% from November. In the fourth quarter of 2022, the total area of panel shipments reached 4.322 million square meters, an increase of 11.5% compared with the third quarter of 2022 and a decrease of 33.6% compared with the same period last year. In 2022, the total area of panel shipments reached 19.170 million square meters, a decrease of 25.4% compared with 2021.
