In appearance, the painting of this model is the same as that of Fuxing on the Xincheng-Kunming railway, but the car paint used in the "plateau version" is high-resistant paint, which can adapt to the high altitude and low temperature environment.

CTOnews.com learned that at the power level, the common CR200J Fuxing EMU train has four axles with a power of 5600 kilowatts, while the "plateau version" CR200J Fuxing power car has six axles with a power of 7200 kilowatts, which ensures that the bullet train can start easily on the uphill of 30 ‰. At the same time, every car in the train is equipped with parking brakes to ensure safe parking on the big ramp. At the same time, rubber seals, car body opening and closing devices also use special materials, with anti-ultraviolet, low-temperature aging properties.

The whole car has business seats, first-class seats and second-class seats. The seats in the business district are designed with large curved surface, equipped with electric handrails, wireless charging, storage desk, folding table, intelligent interactive terminal and so on. The first-class seat and second-class seat area are equipped with rotating seats to make the passenger experience more comfortable.

At present, the car has been put on the Dali-Baoshan section of the Dali-Rui railway to serve the Spring Festival railway transport, and tickets can be purchased on China Train 12306.
