Since returning to the first place in China in the fourth quarter of last year, Apple has continued to make efforts in the high-end market to secure the first position in the domestic market. The performance of the OV market is weak and its market share has dropped sharply, falling from the first and second positions of annual sales to the third and fourth places. While Glory market performance is stable, ranking second in China, continue to seize the middle and low-end market share of OV, Top6 brand, sales and market share have increased the largest.

In terms of 5G mobile phones, sales of 5G smartphones in the Chinese market accounted for 84% in 2022, more than 80%, an increase of 6% over the same period last year, and 85% of the new smartphones on the market in 2022, the same as last year. The penetration rate of 5G smartphones in the Chinese market is expected to be 96% in 2024.
