CTOnews.com January 19 news, Synology Qunhui Technology has now released a new dual-position DiskStation DS223 NAS, designed for families and SOHO families to meet their basic storage needs.

CTOnews.com learned that Qunhui's new DiskStation DS223 comes with a Realtek RTD1619B processor with a 4-core 1.7GHz specification. Memory capacity is 2GB DDR4, can install two 3.5in HDD or 2.5in SSD. The fuselage interface includes RJ-45 1GbE network port and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 interfaces.

Officials say DS223 can be used as an instant backup of computers to prevent ransomware attacks or accidental deletions, and on mobile devices, users can automatically upload photos and videos to their private cloud via Synology Photos, continuously protecting these precious memories. At the same time, the Btrfs file system brings a variety of advanced data protection measures, including relay data mirroring, file self-repair and other functions.

Qunhui's new DiskStation DS223 is expected to be available on the e-commerce platform in the near future.
