Among them, the average crop movement rate of the low generation line (G4.5~G6) was 65.3%, down 0.9% from the previous month; and that of the higher generation line (G8~G11) was 74.0%, down 2.7% from the previous month. Among them, the average crop rate of the G10.5x11 high generation line rebounded to 78.6%, an increase of 1.3% over the previous month. The "harvest rate" is called activation or utilization in English, which refers to the proportion of time taken by the equipment to create value in the time that can be provided. )

CTOnews.com learned that in terms of global panel factory production data, the overall average production rate of LCD production line in December was 68 per cent, falling below 70 per cent again. Affected by various factors, the actual production rate of Chinese mainland LCD panel factory is lower than expected. Before and after the Spring Festival holiday in January 2023, some panel factories arrange annual repair of production lines, superimposing the influence of traditional off-season, and it is expected that the production rate of LCD panel production lines will continue to decrease in January.

According to the survey data of the production of CINNO Research monthly panel factory, the average harvest rate of domestic AMOLED panel factory was 59.0% in December, down 4.2% from November, of which the average crop rate of G6 AMOLED production line was 58.1%, down 5.1% from the previous month.

BOE BOE: the average production rate of TFT-LCD production line in December was 68%, down 4 percentage points from November. The adjustment of the decrease of crop movement rate in December mainly comes from G10.5 and G8.6 production lines. The average harvest rate of BOE AMOLED production line in December is the same as that in November, reaching about 65%.

TCL Huaxing: the overall growth rate of the TFT-LCD production line in December is about 74%, an increase of 2 percentage points over November. The production quantity of Huaxing G8.5 production line and G6 production line decreased slightly in December, and the production rate of G10.5 production line increased to 78%. The production rate of Huaxing AMOLED T4 production line dropped to less than 40% in December.

Huike HKC:12 monthly Huike TFT-LCD production line average production rate of about 84%, down 2 percentage points from November. The crop movement rate of Huike in December was higher than that of other panel factories and more than 10 percentage points higher than the average crop rate of Chinese mainland LCD production line.
