CTOnews.com, January 19, according to Apple's software update release notes, some iPhone 14 Pro / Max devices flicker horizontally on the screen when powered on or unlocked in iOS 16.3 RC, which is in the final stages of Beta testing.

Apple acknowledged the problem in an internal memo last week and said it was fixing it, but it was not clear what the root cause was or how many iPhone 14 Pro / Max devices were affected. The bug Bug fix indicates that this is a software problem, not a hardware defect, so you need to install iOS 16.3 to resolve the affected customer's problem when available.

Apple today released a preview of the iOS 16.3 RC to developers, and the official update is expected to be released to the public next week.
