CTOnews.com January 18 news, Yiwei LiNeng announced this evening that it intends to sign an investment cooperation agreement with the people's Government of Jianyang City on the 20GWh power storage battery production base project.

Yiwei LiNeng pointed out in the announcement that the company registered and established a wholly-owned project company in Jianyang City with a registered capital of not less than 100 million yuan. The project company is responsible for the investment, development, construction and management of the project. The total investment of the project is about 10 billion yuan, of which the investment in fixed assets is not less than 6 billion yuan.

CTOnews.com learned that Yiwei Lithium Energy announced on the same day that it plans to re-sign an investment agreement with the Qujing Municipal Government and the Qujing Economic Development District Management Committee to adjust the "annual production 10GWh power storage battery project" to the "annual 23GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery project", with a total investment of about 5.5 billion yuan and fixed asset investment of about 4.5 billion yuan.

Financial data show that Yiwei LiNeng achieved a net profit of 2.666 billion yuan in the first three quarters of 2022, up 20.3 percent from the same period last year, and 1.306 billion yuan in the third quarter, up 81.18 percent from the same period last year.
