On the basis of promoting the growth of the number of charging (changing) facilities installed, Dongguan will also promote the operation of charging facilities throughout the city to actively join the province's power demand response market and the city's virtual power plant. realize the interaction of electricity and information among electric vehicles, charging facilities and power grids. Strongly support the city's pile enterprises and automobile enterprises to complement each other and set up industrial alliances, promote the research and development of new super fast charging technology and power replacement technology, and speed up the promotion of overcharged models and replacement models. The motor vehicles with new energy vehicle license plates issued by the public security traffic administration department shall be charged at a 10% discount on the parking service charge. We will improve the level of intelligent information supervision of charging (changing) facilities, establish and improve the regular activation mechanism of "zombie piles", transform and upgrade a number of existing public charging stations, and replace some ordinary fast charging piles with super fast charging piles.
