The new Q1 Pro wireless customized mechanical keyboard continues to focus on the high end, with an all-aluminum design, hot-swappable buttons, Mac layout, fully customizable via QMK / VIA, and more.

Keychron said that the Q1 wired mechanical keyboard was well received by customers, but people responded that they also wanted a wireless model. The Q1 Pro provides Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity in a 75% layout and an all-aluminum frame.

This will be Keychron's "first mass-produced all-aluminum wireless keyboard that can be fully customized through QMK / VIA software."

This keyboard can remap any key and create macro commands, shortcuts or key combinations through QMK / VIA, thus providing unlimited possibilities for smooth workflow. Simply cable Q1 Pro to the device, open the VIA software, import the JSON file, and then drag and drop the user's favorite key or macro command to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux).

CTOnews.com learned that Keychron has launched pre-order crowdfunding for Q1 Pro through Kickstarter. Just a few hours later, the goal of raising $50000 (currently about 339000 yuan) for Q1 Pro had been exceeded.

The price of the quasi-system Q1 Pro (no switch or keycap) starts at $174( currently about 1178 yuan), while the fully assembled Q1 Pro starts at $194 (currently about 1313 yuan). The first deliveries are expected to begin in April.
