CTOnews.com, January 18, Apple today launched its annual back-to-school season promotion in Australia and New Zealand, where students, teachers and other eligible educators can get AirPods wireless headphones free of charge by purchasing a new Mac or iPad within a limited time.

Between January 18 and March 13, students who purchase any new MacBookAir, MacBookPro, 24-inch iMac, iPad Pro or iPad Air will receive free AirPods 2murs-including the new MacBookPro 14-inch and 16-inch models with M2 Pro and M2 Max chips. CTOnews.com learned that depending on the type of charging box, students can also upgrade to AirPods 3 or AirPods Pro 2 for an extra fee.

The promotion is available at the Apple online store, the Apple Store app and the Apple retail store in Australia. As usual, the refurbished Mac and iPad are not eligible for free AirPods, and other models such as the Mac Studio, Mac mini and iPad mini are not covered by the event.
