Among them, Youda implements the "talent activation project" of "age + seniority more than 70", allowing employees to leave by agreement retirement, while Groupon implements "65 project" preferential retirement measures, allowing employees with "age + seniority greater than 65" to apply for resignation voluntarily.

Taiwan media pointed out that Youda and Qunchuang had previously encouraged employees to take more vacations, but now the two companies have launched a new round of personnel streamlining programs at the same time, revealing that panel factory orders have shrunk and continued to reduce production, and the demand for manpower has continued to fall. and look forward to reducing personnel and other costs and reducing operational pressure.

CTOnews.com learned that the data showed that the performance of Youda and Qunchuang fell into a low ebb last year due to the continued weak demand for panels. Youda's consolidated revenue last year was NT $246.793 billion (currently about 54.788 billion yuan), down 33.4% from a year earlier. Last year, Groupon had consolidated revenue of 223.715 billion NT dollars (currently about 49.665 billion yuan), down 36.1 per cent from a year earlier.
