Like the previous generation of products, although the two iQOO 11 series products are only named "Pro", they have obviously different emphasis on product positioning:

The standard version of the iQOO 11 as a flagship vertical screen, such as off-screen dual pressure control and other configurations, makes the product significantly more focused on the game experience. On the other hand, iQOO 11 Pro has a deeper understanding of the "all-around experience" and carries Blue Factory's spirit of exploring avant-garde technology, so we have seen configurations such as 200W super flash charge, ultrasonic 3D wide area fingerprint, "zero delay" suspension motion capture and so on.

So what is the experience of iQOO 11 Pro? Next, CTOnews.com will quickly get started with this product and take you to know more about it.

First, the design piece iQOO 11 Pro provides three color options for the track, Legend and Isle of Man Special Edition, in which Legend and Isle of Man Special Edition are made of glass fiber silicone leather, while the track version is rock crystal AG glass.

The evaluation is the track version, different from the traditional AG glass, the rock crystal AG glass brought by the track version is thicker and rougher, and the diffuse reflection effect after the light sweep is very textured, just like black rock crystals.

Unlike the previous generation of plain skin + glass splicing design, this time the iQOO 11 series does not continue this design, but returns to the iQOO 8 era, and the camera module also returns to the iQOO family's iconic cloud design, but the module area is larger, occupying almost 1/3 of the fuselage.

Inside the module, there are still three cameras arranged in L shape, with the V2 logo on the top right, proving that the phone is also equipped with the vivo self-developed chip V2.

In terms of body size, the iQOO 11 Pro track version of BWH measures 164.76*75.30*8.89mm and weighs 213g, the weight of a performance flagship.

The grip feel is close to the blue manufacturer's flagship X90 super-large cup, but the former is more "flat".

The iQOO 11 Pro metal frame is finely frosted, with the electricity and volume keys on the right, and the bottom and top middle frames are flattened.

There are infrared and speaker holes at the top, and speakers, charging ports, microphones, SIM card slots and so on at the bottom.

Back on the front, the iQOO 11 Pro uses the same E6 screen as the iQOO 11, but the former uses a curved screen design, which is the biggest difference from the iQOO 11 design.

Screen parameters, including 1440mm 3200 resolution, support 144Hz refresh rate, LTPO 4.0, partition refresh, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, self-developed XDR display engine and so on.

Compared with the previous generation E5PowerE6 screen brightness is higher, the peak brightness reaches 1800nit, the manual maximum brightness is 600nit, and the global maximum brightness (HBM) is 1100nit. In addition, this screen is also equipped with iQOO self-developed screen color accuracy algorithm, JNCD ≈ 0.26 magic deltae ≈ 0.30, the default mode and professional mode can ensure good color performance.

The upgrade of the iQOO 11 Pro screen is quite obvious, especially the improvement in brightness, which can be said to be the top level of products in the same category.

In terms of accessories, it is still familiar with the protective case, card pick-up pin, charging head and data cable, as well as the joint card of iQOO & BMW M.

The 200W fast charging head adopts the C port design, and the data line is also a 1.5m 10A extended charging line. It has to be said that the blue factory is really fast in popularizing the C port of the fast charger, which is worth learning from competitors.

This time, iQOO 11 Pro also continues the well-received ultrasonic 3D wide area fingerprint. Compared with the traditional photoelectric fingerprint, the former has a larger identification area and faster speed, and can be unlocked without light interference in strong light. It is more secure, and it only needs one fit to complete the fingerprint entry. At the same time, it can also be unlocked by wet hands.

The fingerprint recognition position of iQOO 11 Pro is higher, and the position of thumb pressing is more reasonable. In addition, there is no light to unlock at night, and a larger unlocking area brings a higher possibility of blind unlocking. Unlocking basically does not require a subconscious "glance" positioning, and it can be unlocked by picking it up.

Another advantage of larger unlocking area is that it supports quick startup of applications. You can choose two different applications to place in the fingerprint unlocking area and click the corresponding button to quickly enter the corresponding quick function while successfully verifying the fingerprint.

Second, the performance chapter iQOO 11 Pro is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and self-developed chip V2, equipped with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0memory, built-in 4700mAh battery, support 200W ultra-fast flash charge, 50W wireless flash charge (10W reverse).

IQOO 10 Pro industry debut 200W super flash charge, this time iQOO 11 Pro continues the above configuration, officials say as soon as 10 minutes, can be fully charged 4700mAh battery.

When connecting to the 200W charger, the iQOO 11 Pro will provide two different charging modes: "Ultra Fast Mode" and "Fast Mode". The default is "Fast Mode".

In the test, we turned on the "ultra-fast mode" of the phone. It takes about 11 minutes to turn off the screen and charge from 1% of the battery, and the power is displayed as 0, which means it is fully charged.

In the iQOO 11 Pro charging test, the speed was almost visible to the naked eye and even took a second to record. With the help of Power-Z, iQOO 11 Pro can reach an amazing peak power of 180W in the first minute of charging, and then maintain between 130W and 90W. When the power reaches more than 50%, it still maintains about 80W power until the UI shows 100%, at this time the power is still about 60W.

However, only more than ten seconds after UI shows that the battery is fully charged, the Power-Z shows that the charging power is basically close to 0W.

It is worth mentioning that this time iQOO 11 Pro standard 200W gallium nitride mini charger weight control is also very considerable, weighing only 149g, in the charging wire, iQOO also extended to 1.5m, and the charging line also reached 10A, the overcurrent capacity is stronger. In addition, the 200W gallium nitride mini charger also supports 65W PD and PPS, which can charge digital devices such as notebooks and game consoles that support protocols.

Reducing the charging time to 10 minutes means that you can use any spare part of your life to recharge to get enough power for the rest of the day. There is no denying that charging has become a "non-perceptual" thing on iQOO 11 Pro.

After testing the charging, we then tested the basic performance of the iQOO 11 Pro.

In the storage test, Androbench ran out of the 3439MB/s reading score, and the writing score reached 2999MB/s, which belongs to the normal performance of UFS4.0, far exceeding the 1800MB/s (read) score of UFS3.1.

Part of the SoC GeekBench 5 run points, multiple run scores take the highest value, the results are only for reference and then take a look at the 3D Mark focusing on GPU results.

In the Wild Life project, iQOO 11 Pro scored 13156, with an average frame rate of 78.80; the stability of 20 consecutive rounds of 3D Mark Wild Life,iQOO 11 Pro reached 75.7%.

Overall, the iQOO 11 Pro score is still the current Android ceiling level, of course, this is to be expected, after all, we have already tested iQOO 11.

Let's move on to the game section to explore the game performance of iQOO 11 Pro.

CTOnews.com chose the "original God" with the highest picture quality for measurement. The same old rule: open performance mode, the highest picture quality heavy load "original god", full-height picture quality, turn off dynamic blur, the scene choose the field map + fight monster, the battle scene accounts for about half the time.

The test results show that the average frame rate of iQOO 11 Pro is 59.6fps and the stable frame index is only 0.7 (the smaller the better).

In terms of body temperature, after 30 minutes of "original God", the highest temperature of the phone is only 40.7 °C.

In terms of power consumption, the iQOO 11 Pro is only 5.42W, which is similar to the previous generation of Snapdragon 8 +.

Generally speaking, the performance of iQOO 11 Pro is basically the same as that of iQOO 11, and the temperature performance is also similar. Snapdragon 8 Gen2, which is carried by Snapdragon 11, also has a lot of surprises in terms of power consumption, so it is a chip very suitable for high-intensity games.

It is worth mentioning that this time the iQOO 11 series supports the native frame rate of 144 frames in a number of games, which can be said to take full advantage of this E6 high screen refresh. Among them, as the official KPL competition machine in 2022, the iQOO 11 series also launched the call of Duty Mobile Game 144frame high frame rate mode.

CTOnews.com also conducted a simple test.

Call of Duty opens the standard picture quality with the highest frame rate of 144. the map selects a nuclear town with a team competitive mode. the average frame rate of iQOO 11 Pro in a game is 140.7fps.

In fact, when the frame rate reaches more than 90, it is difficult to observe the fluctuation of the frame rate with the naked eye, not to mention that the frame rate of iQOO 11 Pro games basically fluctuates between 130and 144s.

Then CTOnews.com further increased the difficulty of the test. The map selects the loading and unloading yard and the mode is 10v10 team competition. Compared with the nuclear bomb town above, the loading and unloading yard map area is smaller, but there are more players, more crowded, particularly fast pace, and a lot of explosion scenes, which is a very demanding test environment.

In this mode, the frame rate of iQOO 11 Pro is 129.2fps, and the whole process of the game is still smooth, without any stutter or frame drop seen by the naked eye. However, maybe it is too much to eat performance. After 3 minutes of the game, the frame rate has dropped from 144to about 120. although it is not as good as the full frame of 144fps, the result of 120is already quite good, which is rarely achieved by mobile phones at present.

In addition to the above "call of Duty Mobile Games", there are relics of the god of war, peak tank, Ace Force, Crazy Racing Kart Rider, the new demon continent, the mobile city Alpha and other games support 144native high brush.

Of course, for games that do not support native 144high brushes, the iQOO 11 series brings three times the effect of inserting frames with the help of the self-developed chip V2. After all, this 144Hz high-brush screen can not be wasted, the iQOO 11 series with the "corner overtaking" way to achieve an alternative 144Hz high-brush game experience.

The self-developed chip V2 cooperates with the GPU of Snapdragon 8 Gen2 to bring two modes of "increasing frame rate" and "optimizing power consumption". Take "Yuan Shen" as an example, the highest frame rate is 60 frames. When "increase frame rate" is turned on, GPU will render 48 frames, then insert frames 3 times through V2, and finally achieve the effect of 144frames.

"Game for Peace" similarly, as shown in the following figure, in the 10-minute game demonstration, the default game is 90 frames in the first five minutes, and after the "increase frame rate" function can be turned on in the next five minutes, GPU only needs to render 48 frames, and then insert frames 3 times to achieve the effect of 144frames.

Compared with the basic version of iQOO 11 Pro iQOO 11, it does not support the feeling of dual pressure control under the screen, but it also brings the function of "body posture manipulation". Users can map keys through different body posture to achieve multi-dimensional manipulation.

For example, the author in the "Game for Peace" game, set the "horizontal front pressure" to change, "right hand" to jump, "left hand" to shoot, in the game, through the corresponding body sensation, can trigger the corresponding operation.

In addition, iQOO 11 Pro also supports custom touch effects. In the "Control Settings", you can "fine-tune" click sensitivity, sliding and chirality, and micro-precision to choose the handle that best suits you.

IQOO 11 Pro also supports features such as "Game Visual Enhancement", "Game Sound" and "Tianyi" mobile games with hardware-level light tracking.

IQOO 11 Pro also supports the "cloud game" function. You can find the entrance to the cloud game in the game box. At present, it adapts to nearly 100 games such as "NBA2KOL2", "Fortnite", "Dungeon & Fighter", "Boxing King 14", "Gu Jian Qitan III" and so on.

Third, in terms of images, the iQOO 11 Pro has a 1600-megapixel camera at the front and a 5000-megapixel master camera at the rear + 5000 megapixel fisheye 150 °fisheye ultra-wide-angle macro lens + 1300 megapixel portrait lens.

These three lenses can be regarded as old friends of Blue Factory, and it is more conscientious that as a partial performance-oriented mobile phone, iQOO 11 Pro does not make up the numbers in terms of images, especially the same IMX866 camera with Blue Factory X90, which also adds optical anti-shake and self-developed image chip V2.

In terms of daytime samples, iQOO 11 Pro's straight-out photos are exposed accurately by default, and the HDR strategy is very active, which is the consistent tone of Blue Factory's flagship. In some highlight ratio environment, the light and dark details are handled very well, but occasionally there is a phenomenon of excessive force, the brightness is too high, it is not so natural.

As a 2X telephoto lens, Samsung 3L6 has also appeared in many blue factory phones. When the light is good, the expressive force of this lens is much better than the main digital trimming. Of course, this advantage is only limited to the case of good light, after all, the foundation is not great.

Although Samsung JN1 Ultra wide Angle is not very beautiful in parameters, nor can it be called an outsole sensor, it is still very suitable as an Ultra wide Angle to use, especially the rich play brought by fisheye lens, such as asteroid, Wonderland and many other special fisheye effect modes, which further enrich the fun of shooting for users.

Ultra-wide-angle Wonderland sample, on the other hand, iQOO 11 Pro can still shoot a satisfactory look quickly and accurately in night, sports, high light ratio and other scenes. Night scene mode sample handheld time can be very short, most of them are maintained at about 2 seconds, a longer security shutter, to achieve a higher film rate.

In the ultra-wide-angle sample shot scene at night, the iQOO 11 Pro main shot and ultra-wide-angle highlight suppression ability is quite good, such as the word "Font" in the image below, the highlight part is firmly pressed, and there is no highlight overflow. The whole night scene style pays more attention to the sense of atmosphere, although it is not a night vision style, but the overall effect is also very transparent and pure.

Another interesting experience in the iQOO 11 Pro video section is the addition of dynamic panning to the night scene. In the shooting interface, select the "motion" shooting mode, when iQOO 11 Pro will bring very powerful motion capture ability. Although sports snapshots are not exclusive to iQOO phones, the advantage of iQOO is that it can also bring pretty good "rocking mirror" snapshots in night scenes.

For example, when a speeding car is captured in a night environment, the camera will capture a fast-moving object and click on the shutter to achieve a real trajectory effect.

Conclusion: although it is a mobile phone with "three generations of update a year", the upgrade of iQOO 11 Pro is still full of sincerity, the omni-directional evolution is more obvious, and there is no appearance of squeezing toothpaste.
