CTOnews.com January 16 news, following Malaysia, OPPO launched the OPPO A78 5G new machine in the Indian market, the machine positioning mid-range, 18999 rupees (currently about 1569 yuan).

CTOnews.com found that this model is basically equivalent to the domestic OPPO A58 5G renamed, but added NFC function.

OPPO A78 5G is equipped with MediaTek Tianji 700 chip, providing 8GB memory and 128GB storage, supporting microSD card expansion. In addition, the OPPO A78 5G has a built-in 5000mAh battery, supports 33W fast charge, and is pre-installed with ColorOS 13 system based on Android 13.

The model features a 6.56-inch LCD drop screen with 720p+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and an 8 megapixel front-facing camera.

The OPPO A78 5G rear camera features a dual-ring design with a 50 megapixel main camera and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.

The OPPO A78 5G is available in two colors-purple and black-and is currently available in Malaysia and India, with Malaysia at 1099 ringgit, or about 1708 yuan.
