Tencent has always believed in the values of "integrity, enterprising, collaboration and creativity". In order to promote integrity, Tencent has established anti-fraud systems such as "Tencent High Voltage Line" and established a sound risk management system to prevent, detect and crack down on all fraudulent practices such as commercial bribery and job embezzlement, so as to ensure that the behavior of all employees is in line with the values of integrity that Tencent has always advocated and committed. Tencent has always adopted a "zero tolerance" attitude towards violations of "Tencent High Voltage Line". Once the personal behavior of employees reaches this limit, they will be dismissed and will never be hired. External companies involved in the case will also be blacklisted and will never cooperate. Once suspected of breaking the law and committing a crime, it will certainly cooperate with the police to investigate, crack down and investigate the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel. at the same time, it will also closely cooperate with the police to arrest the external personnel involved in the case.

The cases investigated and dealt with, transferred to justice and adjudicated by the court in 2022 on suspicion of bribery or embezzlement are hereby notified as follows:

1. Zhang Meng of the former PCG Film and Television content production Department, which was previously notified, took advantage of her position to seek benefits for external companies, and collected good treatment fees from external companies and was transferred to the public security organ for handling the case, which was found by the court that Zhang Meng committed the crime of accepting bribes from non-state staff and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. The external bribery company was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 yuan for bribing non-state functionaries, and the legal representative of the company was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.

2. Li Zengwang of the former PCG Information Operations Department, which was informed in the previous period, took advantage of his position to seek benefits for external companies, and received good treatment fees from external companies and was transferred to the public security organ for handling the case. The court found that Li Zengwang committed the crime of accepting bribes from non-state staff and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. The external bribery company was sentenced to a fine of 30,000 yuan for bribing non-state functionaries, and the legal representative of the company was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, suspended for one year.

3. In the case in which Li Bo of the former PCG Information Operations Department, which was previously notified, took advantage of his position to seek benefits for external companies and received good treatment fees from external companies and was transferred to the public security organ for handling, the court found that Li Bo was guilty of accepting bribes by non-state staff and was sentenced to one year and six months in prison.

4. Song Hao, the former PCG NBA business center, and Liu Jiachao, the former PCG Sports Live and Program Department, took advantage of their positions to seek benefits for external companies, and collected good treatment fees from external companies and was transferred to the public security organ for handling. The court found that Song Hao committed the crime of accepting bribes for non-state staff and was sentenced to ten months in prison, suspended for one year. Liu Jiachao was sentenced to 10 months' imprisonment suspended for one year for accepting bribes to non-state functionaries, while an external briber was sentenced to eight months' imprisonment suspended for one year for the crime of bribing non-state functionaries.

5. Wu Jianxiong of CSIG Regional Business Department took advantage of his position to fabricate project contracts, illegally embezzled company funds, and forged and illegally used seals, which violated the "Tencent High Voltage Line" and was dismissed and dealt with and never hired. At the same time, Wu Jianxiong was transferred to the public security organ for handling on suspicion of committing a crime. The court found that Wu Jianxiong was guilty of embezzlement and sentenced to one year in prison; six months' imprisonment for forging the seal of a state organ; and six months' imprisonment for the crime of forging the seal of a company, and decided to carry out one year and eight months' imprisonment for several crimes.

6. Kong Zhihan, the former PCG content production Department, took advantage of his position to seek benefits for outsiders and collected good treatment fees for outsiders. His behavior violated the "Tencent High Voltage Line" and was dismissed and dealt with and never hired. At the same time, Kong Zhihan was transferred to the public security organ for handling on suspicion of committing a crime. The court found that Kong Zhihan was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for accepting bribes to non-state functionaries, while external bribers were sentenced to one year and six months' imprisonment, suspended for two years, for the crime of bribing non-state functionaries.

7. Shang Yuqing, the former PCG short video community product department, took advantage of her position to seek benefits for external companies and collected fees for external companies. Her behavior violated the "Tencent High Voltage Line" and was dismissed and dealt with and never hired. At the same time, Shang Yuqing was transferred to the public security organ for handling on suspicion of committing a crime.

8. At the same time, Tang Wen was transferred to the public security organ for handling on suspicion of committing a crime.

10. CDG Advertising Marketing Service Line Industry sales Operation Zheng ran took advantage of his position to ask the supplier for property.
