CTOnews.com, January 15 (Xinhua) Apple withdrew its Home app update in iOS version 16.2 in December last year after problems such as jams and broken links in HomeKit's new architecture. But screenshots of the latest iOS 16.3 Beta 2 version show that Apple is pushing the new HomeKit architecture again.

After netizens upgraded to iOS 16.3 Beta 2 (build number: 20D5035i), the Home app jumped out of the "Home Upgrade Available" notification and described it as "new underlying architecture that will improve the performance of your home" (a new underlying architecture that can improve smart home performance), the same language that iOS 16.2 used when it first launched the new Home architecture.

Apple hopes to further test the new Home architecture in the Beta version, which may be made available to all users in the official version of iOS 16.3. CTOnews.com users who have upgraded to iOS 16.3 Beta 2 can also visit the Home app to see if any updates are available.
