From September to December 2022, a total of 261 domestic online dramas were licensed by the national radio and television authorities, according to official data. Among them, 56 online dramas have 1329 episodes, 64 online skits have 1402 episodes, 62 online movies and 79 online cartoons have 942 episodes.

According to SARFT, there are 24 503 episodes of urban themes, 61 episodes of 3 public security themes, 18 episodes of science fiction, 11 episodes of legends, 110 episodes of 4 martial arts themes and 13 341 episodes of other themes in online dramas.

In the network mini-drama, there are 22 urban themes and 476 episodes, 1 rural theme 10 episodes, 1 revolutionary theme 12 episodes, 3 science fiction 3 episodes 58 episodes, biography themes 1 18 episodes, legendary themes 11 260 episodes, martial arts themes 3 56 episodes, 22 other themes 512 episodes.

In online movies, there are 19 urban themes, 4 rural themes, 1 youth theme, 2 revolutionary themes, 2 military themes, 5 public security themes, 3 science fiction themes, 13 legendary themes, 7 martial arts themes and 6 other themes.

In online cartoons, there are 4 urban themes (29 episodes), 7 youth themes (210 episodes), 8 sci-fi themes (47 episodes), 1 biography (8 episodes), 40 legends (480 episodes), 3 martial arts themes (27 episodes) and 16 other themes (141 episodes).
