CTOnews.com January 14 news, Beijing Automobile announced that recently with Jordan MALLOUK completed the signing of 1000 EU5 PLUS orders.

The EU5 PLUS signed this time is an A-class pure electric vehicle model of Beijing Automobile, with power consumption of 100km reduced to 13.2kWh; meanwhile, the interior adopts large-area soft package material, equipped with double 12.3-inch interactive large screen, upgraded intelligent voice interaction and equipped with multiple intelligent driving assistance systems.

CTOnews.com learned that BAIC EU5 PLUS is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with maximum power of 120kW and maximum torque of 240N·m, with a cruising range of 416Km/501Km. It adopts Ningde Times NCM5523 battery with energy density of 190.1wh/kg. The headlights have a shell-shaped sharp contour with horizontal wing-type taillights. BAIC EU5 PLUS supports L2 assisted driving function and supports four driving modes: sports, comfort, economy and single pedal.

Beijing Automobile officially established a partnership with MALLOUK Group in October 2021; in March 2022, Beijing Automobile Brand was officially launched in Jordan. The BJ40P off-road vehicle was also launched in Jordan.
