CTOnews.com January 14, Apple today released its annual Proxy Statement, which covers the salaries, bonuses and expenses of company directors and other information required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to disclose. The report also mentions that Tim Cook will spend $767319 on air travel in 2022 (currently about 5.156 million yuan) and private security costs of nearly $600000 (currently about 4.032 million yuan).

Cook's security costs increased last year compared to 2021. One of Cook's most notable security incidents in 2022 was the application for a restraining order against a woman. The woman sent a large number of horrific emails to Cook in early 2022 and broke into Cook's home in Palo Alto.

CTOnews.com learned that Apple's board of directors announced that all business and personal air travel by Tim Cook must take his own private jet from 2017 because of security concerns, which Apple said was "for the sake of safety and efficiency."

Cook spent $767319 (currently about 5.156 million yuan) on air travel in 2022, including fuel, airport fees and private lounge access.
