The patent mainly detects the position of the user's head through the sensor, ensures that the virtual environment generated by the head display will not make the wearer feel uncomfortable, better protects the wearer's neck health, and adjusts the GUI interface according to the user's head position based on ergonomics.

Apple uses sensors to track the user's head position, posture and gaze area, thus dynamically adjusting the generated virtual reality environment to make it feel more comfortable.

For example, after the user moves the head position down, the resulting virtual reality environment will also move to the new location accordingly, which is more in line with the ergonomic head position viewing experience. This ensures that the generated environment is always within the user's direct line of sight.
