New feature: create a real-time kernel memory dump in the task manager

The new version introduces a new set of developer-centric features in the task manager to help collect real-time kernel memory dumps (LKD). This complements the existing "memory dump" of user-mode processes and is currently only tested for some users.

The goal of the kernel real-time dump is to collect data to eliminate exceptions, but to allow the operating system to continue to run. Reduced downtime compared to "non-fatal" but significant failure and pending error checking.

To capture a real-time kernel memory dump (LKD), you need to open the details page of the task manager, right-click the system process, and the context menu will display "create a real-time kernel memory dump file". Select this option to see that you can capture a complete real-time kernel or kernel stack memory dump.

Users can also go to the settings page of the Task Manager to view / edit the settings for real-time kernel memory dumps.

Cloud storage settings update

Fixed an issue where the search style selected in the taskbar settings does not persist in the update. This setting should now be retained in subsequent Insider Preview version upgrades.

Fixed possible explorer.exe crash when opening File Explorer, related to loading recent files.

Voice access can now enter numbers correctly in calculator applications.

Fixed crash when moving commands left and right through voice access.

Fixed an issue where the insert text button did not work when using Pinyin input method in double spelling mode.

Fixed an issue where the widget panel got stuck invisibly in Insiders in China (and possibly elsewhere), causing clicks on the left side of the screen to not work. If you encounter this situation, be sure to check Microsoft Store for the latest application updates.

When Windows Defender Credential Guard is enabled, when you try to use a remote desktop with default credentials, it now explicitly states that "Windows Defender Credential Guard does not allow the use of Windows login credentials. Please enter your credentials".
